基于科技创新与人工智能驱动的新质生产力:区域测算与时空演进OA北大核心CHSSCDCSSCICSTPCD
New Quality Productivity Driven by Technological Innovation and Artificial Intelligence:Regional Calculations and Spatiotemporal Evolution
新质生产力具有高科技、高效能、高质量的特征,是体现新发展理念的先进生产力质态.文章首先构建了科技创新与人工智能双轮驱动的新质生产力综合评价指标体系;然后,运用熵权-TOPSIS法对我国30个省份的新质生产力水平进行测算;最后,对我国新质生产力水平进行多维度时空分析.研究结果显示,从时间角度来看,全国新质生产力水平呈上升趋势;从空间角度来看,各地区之间仍存在较大的发展差距,东部地区新质生产力水平较高,中部和西部地区的部分省份在算力基础和算法应用方面发展迅速.
The new quality productivity is characterized by high technology,high efficiency and high quality,which embodies the advanced productivity quality of the new development concept.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the new quality productivity driven by technological innovation and artificial intelligence,then calculates the level of new qual-ity productivity of 30 provinces in China by using entropy weight-TOPSIS method,and finally conducts a multidimensional spatio-temporal analysis of the level of new quality productivity in China.The research results reveal that from a temporal perspective,the national level of new quality productivity has been on an upward trajectory,that from a spatial perspective,there is still a con-siderable disparity in development among different regions,with the eastern regions exhibiting higher levels of new quality produc-tivity,while some provinces in the central and western regions are experiencing rapid development in terms of the fundamentals of computing power and the application of algorithms.
