摘要

Abstract

Methane sensors used in coal mines are mainly used to monitor the concentration of methane gas in the underground tunnel environment.They are an important perceptual data source in the monitoring data of coal mine safety monitoring systems,and their intelligent function application has become the development trend of mining sensor equipment;Due to the harsh working environment and long-term operation of methane sensors,fatigue damage to key components is inevitable,resulting in a relatively high failure rate of the sensor;Targeted research has been conducted on hardware fault diagnosis methods such as power supply,analog signals,and digital signals,and independent hardware fault diagnosis circuits have been designed;Real time collection of characteristic data such as power supply,analog signals,digital signals,etc.has been carried out to construct a priority recognition model for fault diagnosis.A methane sensor with fault self-diagnosis technology has been designed,which enhances the reliability of the methane sensor and enhances its intelligent application level.
