Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the detection performance of different luminescent immunoassay analyzers for screening hepatitis C antibodies.Method:Collect samples from 84 hepatitis C patients and 256 non hepatitis C patients in our hospital for evaluation of detection performance.Result The precision of Roche Cobas e601 and Abbott Architect i2000 fully automatic luminescent immunoassay analyzers within and between batches meets the requirements,with a compliance rate of 100%.The detection limit concentrations are 0.20 and 0.30 NCU/mL,respectively;The sensitivity is 100%,and the specificity is 98.44%and 97.27%respectively;After retesting and confirmation,the consistency of 20 weakly reactive specimens was 30.0%and 45.0%,respectively.Conclusion:Roche Cobas e601 and Abbott Architect i2000 fully automatic luminescent immunoassay analyzers have better detection performance for anti HCV screening.关键词
