Abstract
Objective:To analyze high-frequency ultrasound-guided needle biopsy and diagnosis of patients with peripheral space-occupying lesions in the lung.Methods:The clinical data and needle biopsy results of 195 patients with peripheral space-occupying lesions in the lung were analyzed retrospectively.A comparison with postoperative pathological results was made.Results:The total effective rate of needle biopsy in this study was 90.26%and the total incidence of complications was 5.64%.There were statistically significant differences in the effective rate of needle biopsy between patients with different puncture sites,different lesion sizes and different puncture angles(P<0.05).Among 176 patients who underwent successful puncture,170 had postoperative pathological results consistent with preoperative biopsy results.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound-guided needle biopsy is safe and effective in the diagnosis of peripheral space-occupying lesions in the lung.Besides,consistency with postoperative pathology is good.It can be used as the preferred method for early diagnosis of peripheral space-occupying lesions in the lung.关键词
