Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of educational interventions based on the Health Action Process Approach(HAPA)model in post-surgical chemotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods From September 2020 to September 2023,80 cervical cancer patients undergoing postsurgical chemotherapy at our hospital were randomly assigned to an observation cohort(n=41)and a control cohort(n=39).The observation cohort was subjected to HAPA-driven health education,whereas the control cohort received conventional care.A comparative analysis was conducted to assess their respective proficiencies in health knowledge acquisition,adverse event rates,negative affective states,and overall quality of life.Results The observation group demonstrated superior mastery of health knowledge(P<0.05),a lower incidence of adverse events(9.76%vs.20.51%,P<0.05),and better outcomes in terms of SAS,SDS scores,and quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion HAPA-based health education can enhance the cognition of patients undergoing chemotherapy for cervical cancer,reduce adverse events,and improve quality of life,making it worthy of wider implementation.关键词
