The effect of regulating menstruation and stopping bleeding formula on Ang-1 and Ang-2 levels in perimenopausal AUB patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of regulating menstruation and stopping bleeding formula on serum Ang-1 and Ang-2 levels in patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods:78 perimenopausal AUB patients admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into Group A and Group B,with continuous treatment for 6 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,differences in various indicators before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of Group A was 89.74%,significantly higher than Group B's 71.79%(P<0.05).After treatment,Group A was superior to Group B in terms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,menstrual bleeding,and endometrial thickness.Multiple serum indicators also showed that Group A had better effects(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant therapy with Tiaojing Zhixue Decoction can improve clinical curative effect and regulate levels of serum Ang-1 and Ang-2 in perimenopausal AUB.关键词
