Establishment of a risk prediction model for carotid artery stiffness in elderly hypertensive patient

Abstract
To analyze the influencing factors of carotid atherosclerosis in elderly hypertensive patients and establish a predictive column chart model.782 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups in a 7:3 ratio,with 547 in the model group and 235 in the validation group.Collect factors that may affect carotid atherosclerosis in elderly hypertensive patients and divide them into two groups based on the presence of carotid atherosclerosis.Compare two sets of basic data with disease-related indicators,use LASSO regression to screen out potential influencing factors,and conduct multivariate analysis to establish a predictive model and verify it.The results indicate that the model established in this study can be used to predict carotid atherosclerosis in elderly hypertensive patients,providing reference for the design of preventive intervention plans for carotid atherosclerosis in such patients.关键词
