摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Shengmai injection in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency in the elderly.Methods:70 elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency were selected and randomly divided into the control groupand the study group.Compare the differences in indicators such as LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF,CGRP,ET,NO,and BNP to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05),and LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF,ET,BNP,CGRP,and NO were improved significantly(P<0.05);The difference in adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai injection is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency,which can help to improvecardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and lower BNP level.关键词
