Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and blood lactate levels in predicting multiple organ dysfunction in acute respiratory failure.Method:189 patients with acute respiratory failure admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into an incidence group and a non incidence group.The relationship between PaO2,blood lactate levels,and multiple organ dysfunction at admission was analyzed,and the predictive value was predicted using ROC.Result:Among 189 subjects,the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction was 25.93%.The occurrence group had low PaO2(P<0.05)and high blood lactate levels(P<0.05).Logistic regression:PaO2 and blood lactate were independent risk factors(P<0.05).ROC:PaO2 combined with blood lactate predicted an AUC of 0.988,with a sensitivity of 95.90%and a specificity of 96.40%.Conclusion:Acute respiratory failure complicated with multiple organ dysfunction is closely related to PaO2 and blood lactate levels,and has high predictive value.关键词
