Abstract

In the emergency yaw control of permanent magnet direct drive fans,it is difficult to predict changes in environmental wind force,resulting in a large overshoot.Therefore,an optimization method for emergency yaw control of permanent magnet direct drive fans is proposed.Establish a mathematical model for yaw hydraulic equipment,analyze the continuity equation of the accumulator and the linearized flow equation of the yaw motor.Predict the wind conditions at the working position of the permanent magnet direct drive fan,obtain the coupling equation between the control angle and yaw parameters between the fan blades and the wind speed vector,formulate the coupling vector,and achieve emergency yaw control optimization of the permanent magnet direct drive fan.The research results indicate that under different turbulence intensities,wind directions,and wind speeds,the power optimization rate of the design method can reach over 10%,with an optimization rate of up to 19.03%,verifying the effectiveness of the method.
