NAC转录因子在水稻遗传改良中的研究进展
Research Progress on NAC Transcription Factors in Genetic Improvement of Rice
摘要
Abstract
NAC transcription factors are one of the largest plant specific transcription factors,with special NAC domains and C-terminal domains that play the important roles in regulating rice growth and development.At present,multiple NAC transcription factors have been identified in rice and found to be widely involved in regulating rice yield and grain quality traits,playing a critical role in genetic improvement of rice.Therefore,the classification and localization of NAC transcription factors,their regulation of rice yield and quality and their involvement in abiotic stress response in rice were reviewed.New genetic resources were provided for molecular design breeding of high-quality,high-yield and multi resistant rice varieties.关键词
