阿胶强骨口服液增强免疫力的作用评价
Effect of Ejiao Qianggu Oral Liquid on enhancing immunity
摘要
Abstract
The effect of Ejiao Qianggu Oral Liquid on enhancing immunity was investigated in this study.Leimid-azole hydrochloride and Zhenqi granules were used as positive controls.Ejiao Jianggu oral liquid was given to mice for 2 weeks,and the effects on body weight,thymus,spleen organs,splenic lymphocyte transformation,carbon clearance,macrophage phagocytosis activity,immunoglobulin IgG,lgM,lgA,cAMP and cGMP were detected.Ejiao Qianggu Oral Liquid could promote the proliferation and transformation of spleen lymphocytes in mice(p<0.05).Improve the phagocytic function of macrophages of neutral red(p<0.05)and Staphylococcus aureus(p<0.01);Moreover,it significantly promoted the IgM of normal mice(p<0.05).Ejiao Qianggu Oral Liquid can en-hance immunity to some extent.关键词
