Abstract
This paper focuses on the Kandy North Water Supply Project in Sri Lanka as the main research object.The total length of HDPE pipes in this project is about 570 km,with diameters of 63 mm,90 mm,110 mm,160 mm,225 mm,and 280 mm respectively.The construction period is 36 months,and the pipes are laid along the existing road edge with an excavation depth of 1m.Based on the design requirements and construction characteristics of this project,the selection of pipe joint connection methods and construction control are particularly important.关键词
