某市某机械制造企业噪声对作业人员职业健康影响的研究OA
Study on the Influence of Noise on the Occupational Health of Workers in a Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprise in a City
目的 分析柳州市某机械制造企业噪声作业人员的职业健康监护情况,旨在为企业噪声防控工作和卫生行政部门制定职业病防治工作政策提供参考依据.方法 通过职业病与健康危害监测信息系统收集 2021 年柳州市某机械制造企业 1118 名在岗噪声作业人员的职业健康检查资料,对噪音作业人员听力、血压、血常规和心电图异常情况进行分析.结果 1118 名在岗噪声作业人员的听力、血压、血常规、心电图等指标异常检出率分别为 18.60%、22.18%、4.11%和 29.16%.女性血常规异常检出率高于男性(P<0.05);听力异常、血压异常和心电图异常检出率随着年龄增长呈上升的趋势(P<0.05);听力异常、血常规异常和心电图异常检出率随工龄增长呈上升的趋势(P<0.05).结论 噪声对劳动者健康的影响是多方面的,且主要引起听力损伤,应采取相应措施加强对接噪作业人员的职业健康体检,加强噪声防护措施,以预防噪声对劳动者健康的影响.
Objective To analyze the occupational health surveillance of noise workers in a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Liuzhou City,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of noise in enterprises and the formulation of occupational disease prevention and control policies by health administrative departments.Methods The occupational health examination data of 1118 noise-exposed workers in a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Liuzhou City in 2021 were collected through the occupational disease and health hazard monitoring information system,and the abnormal conditions of hearing,blood pressure,blood routine and electrocardiogram of noise-exposed workers were analyzed.Results The abnormal detection rates of hearing,blood pressure,blood routine and electrocardiogram of 1118 noise-exposed workers were 18.60%,22.18%,4.11%and 29.16%,respectively.The detection rate of abnormal blood routine in women was higher than that in men(P<0.05).The detection rates of abnormal hearing,abnormal blood pressure and abnormal electrocardiogram increased with age(P<0.05).The detection rates of hearing abnormality,blood routine abnormality and electrocardiogram abnormality increased with the increase of working age(P<0.05).Conclusion The impact of noise on the health of workers is multifaceted,and it mainly causes hearing impairment.Corresponding measures should be taken to strengthen the occupational health examination of workers exposed to noise,and noise protection measures should be strengthened to prevent the impact of noise on the health of workers.
