摘要

Abstract

Switched reluctance(SRM)motor has the advantages of high reliability,low cost,simple structure and large starting torque.However,it also has the disadvantages of low power density and large torque ripple.In this paper,a multi-mode hybrid control system of double stator switched reluctance motor with high efficiency and low torque ripple is designed for the characteristics of the new magnetic field decoupling double stator switched reluctance machine(DSSRM)with five working modes:inner stator,outer stator,double stator,inner and outer stator in series and parallel.Firstly,an optimization function considering the working efficiency and torque ripple of the motor is constructed;Secondly,a hybrid control method is proposed,which adopts direct instantaneous torque control(DITC)and auto disturbance rejection control(ADRC)at low speed and high speed respectively to improve the dynamic performance of the motor;In addition,in order to reduce the larger torque peak value when switching between modes,a mode switching strategy centered on the concept of torque negative feedback compensation is proposed.The superiority of the control system is verified through simulation and experiments,which lays a foundation for the application of new double stator switched reluctance motors.
