Thinking on High-Quality Development of Coal Industry under New Paradigm of Energy Security
摘要
Abstract
Under the basic national condition of"coal-dominated"and the new paradigm of energy security in China,the coal industry still has many problems,such as great pressure to support the bottom of security,insufficient original innovation ability,a big difficulty for the green and low-carbon transformation,imbalanced development of industrial chain modernization,and high risk of international cooperation etc.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the quality and safety ensuring capability of coal supply at the policy level,enhance the independent innovation capacity of the coal industry system,orderly promote the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of the coal system,strives to improve the modern coal industry system that supports the high-quality development of the real economy,actively promote high-level international cooperation in the coal industry,promote the energy high-quality development by the coal industry high-quality development,with the purpose of laying a good foundation for the high-quality development of industry,and providing better support for the construction of new industrialization and modern industrial system in the context of Chinese-style modernization.关键词
