Path Choice and Governance Transformation of Village Industrial Park Reconstruction under the New Situation

Abstract
The reconstruction of village industrial parks is an important force in stock land development and urban economic transformation,and it is one of the most important ways to solve the problem of urban land increment.This paper analyses the transformation path of Guangzhou's village industrial park reconstruction under the new situation and the selection mechanism of the governance mode in the reconstruction process by combining the three stages of the policy evolution of Guangzhou's village industrial park reconstruction,and reveals the dilemmas that still exist in the village industrial park reconstruction,such as unclear park positioning,insufficient endogenous growth capacity,and dysfunctional governance.Relevant policy suggestions are put forward according to the problems:①Strengthen long-term overall planning,and avoid campaign-style promotion.②Define the government's positioning,and improve industrial policies and land use policies.③Construct a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism,and innovate the governance mechanism.关键词
