新时代我国矿产资源储备地建设路径探索
Exploration of the Construction Path of China's Mineral Resources Reserve Sites in the New Era

Abstract
As an integral part of mineral resources reserves,mineral resources reserve sites play an important role in ensuring national resource security,maintaining stable economic development,improving government management ability,etc.It is an inevitable requirement for building a new development pattern in the new era.Based on systematically summarizing the foreign mineral resources reserve guarantee system and land reserve operation mode in China,the article presents the realization path of constructing mineral resources reserve sites in the new era.That is,with the support of institutional guarantee,organizational guarantee,and financial guarantee,a linkage organization management system between the central and local governments should be built to form a new reserve mechanism of the whole chain of"investment-exploration-reserve-supply",and promote the dynamic transformation of"fund-resource-asset-capital",to realize the circular development of mineral resources reserve sites.关键词
