摘要

Abstract

The influence of processing and preparation methods of molybdenum rhenium alloys and welding methods on the quality of molybdenum rhenium alloy welds was discussed.The quality of the weld seam is closely related to the rhenium content of the molybde-num rhenium alloy.After analysis and comparison,it is found that as the rhenium content increases,the processing difficulty of the molybdenum rhenium alloy decreases,and the quality of the weld seam at the welding point improves accordingly;When the rhenium content is low,the quality of the weld seam is poor;Carburizing at the weld seam can effectively improve the weld quality of low rheni-um molybdenum rhenium alloys.
