慢性病患者对数字疗法运动干预的支付意愿及影响因素研究
Willingness of patients with chronic diseases to pay for digital therapeutic exercise intervention and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the willingness of patients with chronic diseases to pay for a digital therapeutic exercise intervention application(APP)and the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for a fair pricing strategy for digital therapeutic products and their potential inclusion in medical insurance reimburse-ment policies.Methods A total of 77 patients diagnosed with diabetes,hypertension,and hyperlipidemia were selected as participants for a 3-month exercise intervention by case registration.Subsequently,a subset of 67 pa-tients who successfully completed the intervention were assessed through APP use evaluation and willingness to pay(WTP)questionnaires.Results The scores of patients'behavioral attitude,perceived behavioral control,and subjective norm were above 10 points,among which 45(67.16％)were willing to pay a certain fee,while 22 had a WTP of 0.The average WTP amount of patients was 181.96±299.78 yuan,with the minimum value being 0 yuan,the maximum 1 546 yuan,and the median 50 yuan.Patients'monthly out-of-pocket costs for disease treat-ment was an influence factor of the WTP for digital therapeutics APP.Conclusions Patients'evaluation of the effectiveness of digital therapeutic exercise intervention on chronic disease management is generally high,but the payment amount is low,and there is great difference in the willingness to pay among individuals.关键词
