甜菜单胚雄性不育系NM 3006A及保持系NM 3006B的选育
Breeding of Monogerm Male Sterile Line NM 3006A and Maintainer Line NM 3006B in Sugar Beet

Abstract
[Objective]To provide parental materials and basic materials for breeding new varieties for sugar beet.[Methods]Through identification and selection of traits such as fertility,embryo number,yield,sugar content,combining ability,cytoplasmic type,nuclear genotype,pollen grain cell morphology,etc.in the hybrid offspring of introduced and domestic developed sugar beet germplasm resources,after 9 years and 5 generations,excellent sugar beet monogerm male sterile lines and maintenance lines were developed.[Results]The sterility rate of the monogerm male sterile line'NM 3006A'is 100%,and the monogerm plant rate is 100%.The anther development shape is irregular and shriveled,the surface of the pollen grains is sticky and not smooth,the cytoplasm type is S type,and the nucleus genotype is xxzz.The fertile plant rate of the monogerm male sterile maintenance line'NM 3006B'is 100%,the monogerm plant rate is 100%,the anther development shape is regular and the anther chamber is full,the pollen grains are spherical and smooth on the surface,the cytoplasmic type is N1,and the nucleus genotype is xxzz.[Conclusion]The monogerm male sterile line'NM 3006A'and the maintainer line'NM 3006B'were diploid monogerm male sterile line and maintainer line used for sugar production.In July 2023,they were identified by the national sugar beet expert identification group and met the standard for line formation and were named.This sterile line belongs to the high sugar type and has high combining ability.关键词
