Progress in Application of Transient Expression System in Sugar Crops
摘要
Abstract
Transient expression system is an efficient method to test the expression of proteins in eukaryotes.This system provides a new way to study promoter activity,gene function and subcellular localization of gene products.The emergence of transient expression system provides a more convenient and efficient method for the genetic research of sugar crops,and could effectively promote the research and development of sugar crop genetic engineering.This paper reviews the establishment of the methods for transient expression system,and the application of transient expression systems in genetic engineering and in sugar crop research,and prospect the application field of transient expression technology.关键词
