建设技能型社会是适应经济社会发展新形势的现实需要,更是全面提升综合国力的必然选择.面向技能型社会建设,职业教育"中高本衔接"人才贯通培养表现出培育高端技术技能人才、筑构终身职业技能培训体系和推动高质量充分就业的价值取向.然而,人才培养层次定位模糊、教育资源横纵衔接局限和专业教学评价标准贫乏等问题凸显,成为制约职业教育"中高本衔接"人才贯通培养的核心症结.对此,应紧扣教育类型特色,明确人才培养目标层次定位;加强院校交流协作,完善教育资源横纵衔接渠道;建立联合管理机制,打造专业教学评价标准体系,以切实保障职业教育"中高本衔接"人才贯通培养顺利开展,助推技能型社会建设.
Building a skill-based society is a practical necessity in response to new economic and social development trends,and it is also an inevitable choice for comprehensively enhancing national strength.In the context of developing skill-based society,the"integration of secondary,higher and undergraduate education"in vocational education demonstrates its value in cultivating high-end technical talents,establishing a lifelong vocational training system,and promoting high-quality and full employment.However,issues such as unclear positioning of talent development levels,limitations in the horizontal and vertical connections of educational resources,and inadequate standards for professional teaching evaluation have emerged as core challenges to the integration of secondary,higher and undergraduate education in vocational training.To address these challenges,it is crucial to focus on the distinctive characteristics of different educational levels,clearly define the objectives and levels of talent development,strengthen collaboration between institutions,improve the integration channels for educational resources,and establish a joint management mechanism.This will ensure the smooth implementation of the"secondary,higher and undergraduate education integration"model in vocational education and support the development of skill-based society.
