Driving Elements Construction Logic and Implementation Paths of the"Package Class System"in Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
As a classroom teaching mode of general education and a self empowering class management mode,the"package class system"of vocational education helps to implement the educational concept of"teaching according to students'aptitude",mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to educate and promote the reform and innovation of talent cultivation mode.The"package class system"in vocational education adheres to the construction logic of"classified class grouping,full selection","clear responsibilities,unified rights and responsibilities","integration of job,course,competition and certification","task driven,action-oriented"and"thorough package and simplified management".The implementation paths are to deepen school-enterprise cooperation,build a curriculum system,scientifically organize classes,clarify class categories,create"all-round"teachers,form management teams,implement"serial"classroom teaching,and deepen evaluation reform.关键词
