高职院校学生学习需求的表达与创生
The Expression and Creation of Learning Needs of Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract
academic evaluation is an important means to ensure the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and the key to academic evaluation lies in understanding the learning needs of vocational students.This study selects 19 students from 10 higher vocational colleges in the Yangtze River Delta region,and based on the coding paradigm of grounded theory,it presents an authentic picture of students'learning needs:useful learning outcomes,enjoyable learning experiences,non-traditional talent cultivation models,and high-quality extracurricular activities are students'explicit learning needs.The learning of theoretical knowledge,the awakening of general knowledge and soft skills,as well as obtaining comprehensive and fair evaluations and feedback,are learning needs neglected and suppressed by mainstream evaluation systems.Moreover,grand aspirations such as achieving personal dreams,shouldering national and social responsibilities,and political participation are not fully expressed by students.These needs require clarification and creation through in-depth teacher-student interaction and collaborative educational experiences.关键词
