Abstract
The development of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics in the 75 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China has gone through stages of germination,brewing,exploration and innovation.Its connotation characteristics are manifested as follows:the logical starting point is the cultivation of technical and skilled talents,the training objects are dual identity apprentices,the functional orientation is high-quality economic and social development,and the fundamental path is the collaborative education between vocational colleges and enterprises.The practical difficulties of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics are the lack of value guidance leading to excessive utilitarian orientation,the lack of legal protection leading to difficulty in protecting rights,the lack of institutional linkage leading to the separation of education and labor,and the lack of connectivity leading to limited sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary to achieve comprehensive development of people and society in terms of value orientation,connect the right to education with the right to labor in legislative planning,integrate the education system with the labor system in institutional design,and integrate apprentices with academic qualifications,skills,positions and degree certificates in the certificate system.关键词
