中医药调控miRNA在炎症性肠病中的研究进展
Research Progress on the Regulation of miRNA by Traditional Chinese Medicine in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Abstract
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic recurrent inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract with an unclear pathogenesis.It is widely believed to be associated with multiple factors,including genetic susceptibility,gut microbiota,immune dysregulation,and environmental influences.Numerous studies have indicated that microRNAs(miRNAs)are key regulatory factors in the occurrence and development of IBD and have the potential to serve as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has a long history of preventing and treating IBD,offering significant efficacy along with advantages such as multi-molecule,multi-target,and multi-pathway synergistic regulation.This article reviews the mechanisms of various miRNAs in IBD and the research findings on TCM intervention in miRNA regulation for IBD treatment.It is found that TCM can modulate the expression of various miRNAs,thereby participating in the regulation of pathological processes such as intestinal epithelial cell damage,inflammation,autophagy,and angiogenesis.This modulation helps to repair intestinal epithelial dysfunction,reestablish immune homeostasis,and slow disease progression.关键词
