Multi-Stakeholder Cooperative Operation Strategy of Renewable Power to Ammonia Systems Considering the Electricity,Hydrogen and Ammonia Markets

Abstract
Trading activities exist among various stakeholders and markets in the renewable power-to-ammonia(ReP2A)system.This paper studies the operation strategy for electricity and hydrogen trading in the ReP2A system under cooperative conditions.To ensure fair cooperation,Nash negotiation theory is applied to establish an electric-hydrogen-ammonia cooperative alliance,and the effects of electricity and hydrogen trading on each stakeholder in the alliance are discussed.The alternating direction method of multipliers is used to solve the problem of maximizing overall benefits and negotiating payments for electricity and hydrogen transactions.Finally,the construction of a project currently underway in West Inner Mongolia is analyzed as a case study.The findings indicate that the electric-hydrogen-ammonia cooperative alliance capitalizes on the price differences inside and outside the alliance to generate profits in the electricity and hydrogen markets.Meanwhile,renewable energy power stations seek cooperation with downstream entities to mitigate the profit risks caused by fluctuations in feed-in tariffs for renewable energy.The results show that the cooperative alliance addresses external competition in the electricity and hydrogen markets through collaboration and resource integration.When conditions permit,the construction of integrated projects for renewable energy-powered hydrogen production for ammonia synthesis is encouraged.关键词
