基于湿法纺丝工艺制备的MWCNTs/TPU复合导电纤维及其在柔性传感器中的应用
MWCNTs/TPU composite conductive fibers prepared by wet spinning process and their application in flexible sensors

Abstract
Currently,the preparation of flexible strain/temperature sensors is mainly dependent on dip coating technology,which is difficult to achieve large-scale continuous production.To address this issue,thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)as the matrix and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)as the conductive material,us-ing a wet spinning process to prepare MWCNTs/TPU composite conductive fibers capable of continuous pro-duction.The effects of different MWCNTs ratios on the composite conductive fibers are studied,and the applica-tion value of these fibers in flexible sensors is discussed.When the MWCNTs content is 2.5 wt%,the composite conductive fibers exhibit high elasticity(ε=326.1%)and high tensile gauge factor(GF=3.18).As the MW-CNTs content increases to 5 wt%,the elasticity and tensile gauge factor of the composite conductive fibers de-crease(ε=50.3%,GF=2.36),but higher stability and excellent temperature response performance(sensitivity C=-1.26%/℃,linearity R2=0.98)are demonstrated.The research provides an important technical reference for the industrial production of flexible sensors.关键词
