玄武岩包芯纱的制备及其编织应用研究
Research on preparation of basalt core-spun yarn and its weaving application

Abstract
In response to the degradation of the mechanical properties of basalt fiber yarn due to abrasion during the process of rope weaving,it is proposed to coat water-soluble whalen fibers on the surface of basalt yarns by using friction spinning technology to reduce wear and tear of the basalt fiber during the process of rope weaving and after the rope is woven into shape.The outer layer of vinylon fibers is dissolved to obtain a basalt woven rope,and to adjust the basalt core-spun yarn surface coating effect by controlling the raw material feeding speed.It is also proposed to explore the weaving angle,the weaving speed and weaving pitch on the mechanical property of the rope through orthogonal experiments and then optimize the rope weaving process;to perform structural characterization and mechanical properties test of woven ropes,then analyze the influence of weaving speed on the mechanical properties of woven ropes.The results show that the basalt core-spun yarn prepared at a feeding speed of 0.30 m/min has the best coating effect;it is concluded by the orthogonal experiments that the weaving speed has the greatest influence on the mechanical properties of ropes,and the structure of the rope pre-pared at the low weaving speed of 11.14 m/h is the most uniform after water solution and exhibits good mechani-cal properties under conditions such as knotting and bending.关键词
