摘要
Abstract
In the textile printing and dyeing industry,polyester fiber is a widely used chemical fiber.Different surface modification methods have emerged to solve the problem of poor moisture absorption.Among these modification methods,ozone treatment has the advantages of high efficiency and no secondary pollution.Ex-ploring the use of ozone treatment for surface modification of polyester fibers has certain practical application value.Polyester fabrics were treated with a combination of sodium hydroxide and ozone.Sodium hydroxide and ozone to composite treat polyester fabrics were used in this paper.By measuring performances such as surface morphology,adhesion,strength,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,hydrophilicity,and dyeing,the effects of sodium hydroxide pretreatment,ozone treatment,and composite treatment on polyester fibers were compared and analyzed.This provides important data reference for people to better utilize polyester fibers.关键词
