嵌入纺涤棉复合纱线及其织物性能研究
Research on embedded-spun polyester-cotton composite yarn and its fabric properties

Abstract
In order to better investigate the influence of embedded spinning technology on the quality of polyes-ter-cotton composite yarns and their wearability of woven fabrics,three kinds of embedded yarns with different structures were spun by regulating the relative positions of filament and staple fiber whiskers.The apparent structure,hairiness,evenness and stretch performance of the yarns were tested and characterized in comparison with those of sirofil core-spun yarns,and the stretch,abrasion resistance,softness,air permeability and moisture-absorbing and quick-drying properties of the same specifications of embedded spinning and core-spun fabrics were also compared and analyzed.The results show that compared to core-spun polyester-cotton yarns and em-bedded-spun polyester-cotton yarns with offset filaments and staple fiber strands,polyester-cotton embedded yarns spun with filaments symmetrically located on the outer side of the yarn forming triangle and with staple fi-ber strands symmetrically located on the inner side have less hairiness,more uniform evenness,higher strength,and better stretchability;compared with core-spun polyester-cotton fabrics,embedded spinning polyester-cotton fabrics have improved strength and elongation,abrasion resistance,softness,breathability,and moisture-absorb-ing and quick-drying properties.关键词
