Methods,Expansion Paths and Challenges in the Construction of Traditional Chinese Judicial Databases
摘要
Abstract
In the era of new scientific and technological development,the construction of China's traditional judicial database has become an inevitable trend of the present and the future,and the systematic methodology,possible expansion paths and future challenges are the focus of the database construction and improvement.In terms of methodology,digital humanities should be adopted to complete the digital analysis function and visualization procedure,while based on the entire humanities and social sciences field,and linking various data types.As for the expansion path,it can start from the traditional"judicial philosophy""judicial institutions"and"judicial officials".Even so,the development of future databases will inevitably face the five-fold dilemma of maintaining humanism,transferring experience,standardization,perfect use of visualization program technology,and the inevitable errors and omissions in the data processing process.关键词
