Abstract
In order to improve the laboratory's ability to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food,enhance the competitiveness of the laboratory,and ensure the accuracy and validity of the test results,the laboratory participated in the capacity validation of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food organized by the China Academy of Food and Drug Testing and Research(CAFDR).According to the operational guide for proficiency testing and the requirements of GB 4789.7-2013National food safety standard-Microbiological examination of food-Examination of vibrio parahaemolyticus,the two samples to be tested,TF04390009-47 and TF04390009-48,were cultured,isolated and identified,and no Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in either of the two samples,and the results of the proficiency testing were evaluated satisfactorily.The laboratory has the ability to detect vibrio parahaemolyticus in food.关键词
