Abstract
Based on the PuYu Gas Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry System EXPEC 5231,a method is developed according to GB 23200.113-2018 National food safety standard—Determination of 208 pesticides and metabolites residues in foods of plant origin Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method.Taking the residues of dimethoate,omethoate,and malathion in Chinese cabbage and tomatoes as examples,the performance of the instrument was evaluated.The results shows that the linear relationship of dimethoate,omethoate,and malathion is good in the range of 0.0050.5 μg/mL,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9955 to 0.9999.The signal-to-noise ratio of the limit of quantification is 123.3~183.0,all greater than 10.The precision ranged from 1.7%to 8.7%,and the accuracy ranged from 75.5%to 109.4%,both meeting the relevant standard requirements.The inter-laboratory comparison results are satisfactory.The PuYu Gas Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry System EXPEC 5231 has the advantages of convenient and fast operation,high detection sensitivity,and high accuracy,and can be used for the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables.关键词
