Research on the Construction of the Standard System for the Whole Industry Chain of Shaxian Snacks
摘要
Abstract
This article analyzes the current situation and demand for standardization of snacks in Shaxian County.Based on this,a standard system for the entire industry chain of snacks in Shaxian County is constructed,which includes seven standard subsystems:general foundation,food ingredients and raw materials,prefabricated food production and processing,catering and cooking,facilities and equipment,business management services,and testing and evaluation improvement.In order to leverage the supporting and leading role of standardization,promote the high-quality development of Shaxian snack industry,standardization,chain,branding,internationalization,digitization,and greening.关键词
