Abstract
This paper provides a brief overview of the application of chemical additives in the food industry,focusing on the importance of detection technologies such as liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,ion chromatography,and ultraviolet spectrophotometry in ensuring food safety.Meanwhile,it points out the current issues in the food inspection system,including incomplete management systems,outdated detection technologies,and imperfect standards.Furthermore,corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed to promote the safe,orderly,and healthy development of the food industry.关键词
