Abstract
China has implemented a good road of green and low carbon development,and energy measurement is the first basis to promote the work of double carbon,so it is very necessary to review the energy measurement of key energy-using units.Among them,the review of energy measurement mainly focuses on three elements of energy measurement,namely,energy measuring instruments,energy flow chart and energy measurement network point acquisition chart.In order to actively promote the energy measurement review work of key energy-using units,the joint efforts and cooperation of all levels,including key energy-using units,metrological technical institutions,and relevant national regulatory departments,are required to ensure the compliance,rationality,efficiency,and refined management of energy use.关键词
