Analysis of 25 Cases of Adverse Events Reported for Disposable Urinary Catheters
目的:分析近几年我市基层单位上报的一次性导尿管不良事件,为临床正确使用提供指导.方法:回顾性研究,对我市2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日收集的25例一次性导尿管不良事件报告,按导尿管分类、材质、预期治疗疾病、故障表现、伤害程度、处置和调查初步分析等进行统计.结果:25例报告中,23例为双腔气囊型,占92.00%.故障表现为尿管堵塞5例,气囊破裂4例,液体泄漏4例,共占52.00%.伤害表现7例,占28.00%,主要为红肿3例,尿频、刺痛…查看全部>>
