调控线粒体质量逆转肺癌放疗抵抗的研究进展
Research Progress of Mitochondrial Quality Control in Reversing Radiore-sistance in Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Radiotherapy is one of the most important treatments against lung carcinomas in clinical practice.However,there are still many problems and challenges in radiotherapy for the eradication of lung cancers.Among them,it is urgent to overcome radioresistance and enhance immune responses for patients with lung cancers.Mitochondria are important organ-elles which modulate the occurrence,development and treatments of cancers.Moreover,mitochondrial quality control(MQC)is closely associated with the radioresistance of lung cancer.In this review,we summarized how MQC regulated and reversed the radioresistance of lung cancer from many aspects,including mitochondrial metabolism,mitochondrial chaper-ones,mitochondrial dynamics,mitochondrial autophagy,mitochondrial redox level,and mitochondria-mediated cell death,in order to provide evidence for immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy for lung cancers.关键词
