New Advances in Stereotactic Radiotherapy Combined with Immunothera-py for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer are the tumors with the highest incidence and mortality worldwide.Among them,non-small cell lung cancer is the most common pathological type of lung cancer,accounting for approximately 85％of all lung cancer cases.Stereotactic radiotherapy is one of the important treatment methods of non-small cell lung cancer.Among the treatments of tumor patients,immunotherapy has fewer toxic side effects and leads to good survival.The purpose of this review is to assess the therapeutic efficacy and research progress in non-small cell lung cancer by exploring the synergistic effects of stereotactic radiation therapy combined with immunotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors,as well as to delve into the basic princi-ples of combing stereotactic radiation therapy and immunotherapy and the potential value of such an approach in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the optimal application of stereotactic radiation therapy in combination with immunotherapy in order to improve its efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer patients.关键词
