肺癌是全球范围内发病率和死亡率最高的肿瘤,其中非小细胞肺癌是肺癌最常见的病理类型,约占所有肺癌病例的85%.立体定向放射治疗是非小细胞肺癌治疗中的重要手段之一,而免疫治疗在肿瘤患者治疗中毒副反应较小,并表现出良好的生存优势.本综述旨在通过探索立体定向放射治疗联合免疫治疗和免疫检查点抑制剂的协同作用,评估非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果和研究进展,并探讨立体定向放射治疗和免疫疗法相结合的基本原则以及这种方法在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的潜在价值,为立体定向放射治疗联合免疫治疗的最佳应用提供理论基础,从而提高其在非小细胞肺癌患者中的疗效.

Lung cancer are the tumors with the highest incidence and mortality worldwide.Among them,non-small cell lung cancer is the most common pathological type of lung cancer,accounting for approximately 85%of all lung cancer cases.Stereotactic radiotherapy is one of the important treatment methods of non-small cell lung cancer.Among the treatments of tumor patients,immunotherapy has fewer toxic side effects and leads to good survival.The purpose of this review is to assess the therapeutic efficacy and research progress in non-small cell lung cancer by exploring the synergistic effects of stereotactic radiation therapy combined with immunotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors,as well as to delve into the basic princi-ples of combing stereotactic radiation therapy and immunotherapy and the potential value of such an approach in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the optimal application of stereotactic radiation therapy in combination with immunotherapy in order to improve its efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer patients.
