Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of self-made modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in pa-tients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type.Methods:According to the random number table method,100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm-heat accumulation in the lung admitted to Zhangjiagang Sixth People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into the control group receiving routine treatment and the obser-vation group with self-made modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,50 cases in each group.The inflammatory factors、coagulation function and clinical efficacy were compared.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than control group,P＜0.05.After 2 weeks of treatment,the D-dimer、tumor necrosis factor-αand white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than the control group,the prothrombin time was longer than the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The self-made modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type,which can reduce inflammation and regulate coagulation function.关键词
