Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of BCG intravesical perfusion on early bladder cancer model rats.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 20 rats in each group.After the bladder cancer model was established,the control group was given normal saline,and the experimental group was given BCG intravesical perfusion.The apoptosis rate,autophagy level and cycle distri-bution of tumor cells in two groups were compared.Results:The apoptosis rate,autophagy level and cell cycle dis-tribution of G0/G1 phase in experimental group were higher than those in control group,P＜0.05.The distribution of tumor cell cycle in S phase and G2/M phase in experimental group was lower than that in control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:BCG intravesical perfusion has significant anti-tumor effect on early bladder cancer rats.关键词
