针刺负压拔罐治疗烙铁头蛇伤肢体肿胀疗效观察
Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture And Negative Pressure Cupping in the Treatment of Swelling of Injured Limbs of Iron Snake
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping under negative pressure in patients with limb swelling caused by snake injury in welding head.Methods:Eighty patients with limb swelling caused by snake injury in welding head,who were admitted to the emergency department of Nanchuan District People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 40 ca-ses in each group.The routine group received routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group re-ceived acupuncture and negative pressure cupping treatment.The therapeutic effect and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,P＜0.05.The coagulation function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treat-ment,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture and negative pressure cupping therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of welding head snake-injured patients with limb swelling,and it is safe and will not affect the coagulation function of patients.关键词
