骨盆推拿整复结合盆底康复治疗对顺产女性轻度子宫脱垂的疗效研究
Study on the Curative Effect of Pelvic Massage Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation on Mild Uterine Prolapse in Natural Delivery Women

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic massage and pelvic floor rehabilitation on mild uterine prolapse vaginal delivery women.Methods:From July 2021 to January 2024,80 cases of mild uterine prolapse in Nanning Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The study group received pelvic massage combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation,while the control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation.The therapeutic effect、pelvic floor muscle strength、fatigue and myoelectric po-tential were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.After treatment,the improvement rate of pelvic floor muscle strength,fatigue and myoelectric potential in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Pelvic massage combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation has significant effect on mild uterine prolapse in vaginal delivery women,which can improve the degree of uterine prolapse and help restore pelvic floor muscle strength.关键词
