Abstract
China's coastal economic and trade activities are more and more frequent,accompanied by smuggling and smuggling and other criminal activities have become increasingly serious,illegal resource extraction,mining and other behaviors of the increasing difficulty of supervision,border and sea defense target monitoring is increasingly difficult,the satellite remote sensing monitoring needs more and more urgent.In this paper,we will take the enhancement of the target monitoring application capability of remote sensing image resources of China's border and sea defense as the fundamental starting point,design its monitoring platform and technical system,and lay the foundation for the establishment of border and sea defense monitoring system.关键词
