Abstract
This paper delves into the pathways for cultivating digital talent against the backdrop of digital transformation,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for educational reform and talent development strategies.The paper first defines the connotation and characteristics of digital transformation and digital talent,analyzes the new changes in talent demand brought about by digital transformation,and points out the main challenges currently faced in the cultivation of digital talent,including insufficient talent supply and the lag of talent cultivation systems.On this basis,the paper proposes a series of innovative strategies for the cultivation of digital talent to promote the further deepening of China's digital transformation.关键词
