Abstract
Neurological diseases come in a wide variety,and patients with complex cases often require comprehen-sive rehabilitation and treatment.Routine nursing care is often insufficient to meet the comprehensive needs of pa-tients,thus necessitating the constant search for more professional personnel to provide better clinical guidance.With the continuous development and improvement of multidisciplinary nursing consultation,it has now become one of the significant medical models in the international medical field.By pooling professional knowledge from various fields,multidisciplinary nursing consultation can accurately address complex nursing issues,provide personalized nursing plans for patients,effectively shorten hospitalization periods,and significantly enhance patient satisfaction.In the management of complex neurological cases,the application of multidisciplinary nursing consultation is gradu-ally gaining widespread attention and recognition.This article aims to comprehensively review the current status and shortcomings of the application of multidisciplinary nursing consultation in the management of complex neurological cases,in order to provide useful references and inspirations for future development.关键词
