摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of tofacib on moderate and severe rheumatoid arthritis.Meth-ods:From August 2022 to August 2023,94 patients with moderate and severe rheumatoid arthritis in the First Peo-ple's Hospital of Yancheng City were selected and divided into the reference group(given routine treatment plan)and the observation group(Routine treatment combined with tofacitib was given)by lottery,47 cases each.The in-dexes of joint function,renal function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the joint function、renal function and inflammatory factors in the observa-tion group were better than those in the reference group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Tofatib is more effective in the treat-ment of moderate and severe rheumatoid arthritis,which is helpful to improve joint function and renal function and reduce inflammatory reaction.关键词
