腹膜外术式在三次及以上剖宫产术中的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of extraperitoneal cesarean section in three or more ce-sarean deliveries.Methods:Two hundred cases of laboring women who had three or more cesarean deliveries in Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were divided into study group and control group(n=100)according to the random grouping method.In the control group:intraperitoneal cesarean section,the study group:extraperitoneal cesarean section.The surgical indexes and postoperative conditions of the two groups were ana-lyzed.Results:The intraoperative related surgical indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,P＜0.05.The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction and puerperal disease in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Extraperitoneal cesarean section can effectively reduce the a-mount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and puerperal diseases,and short-en the hospital stay.关键词
